Looking for a way to make more of a difference for those affected by the fires in Los Angeles? Apex is matching up to a total of $100,000 in donations. We invite our clients and collaborators to make corporate contributions to any of these six charitable organizations listed here on the Daffy platform. Why? Because we have countless employees, clients, and end-user investors who have been directly impacted by the fires.

Deadline for donations to receive matching funds: February 28, 2025.

I'm not a Daffy member, how do I donate to the campaign?

Step 1: On this campaign page, select your donation amount. Then click the “Donate” button.

Step 2: Select from one the six charities to receive your funds (and our match).

Step 3: Provide an email and password. This step will allow us to send you a tax receipt for your donation. (By donating, you accept Daffy’s Member Agreement terms.)

Step 4: On the next screen, you can donate using a bank account or corporate credit card. If you select the bank option, you’ll be asked to connect your bank account via Daffy’s partner, Plaid.

Why donate through Daffy.org?

Apex has chosen to use our client Daffy, a modern donor-advised platform, to automate our dollar-for-dollar donation matches. We’re big believers in using technology to simplify complex tasks, and Daffy has the required advanced features.

I prefer to wire money. Is that an option?

No, Daffy does not currently support wire transfers, but you can transfer funds from a donor-advised fund (DAF) or contribute cash, stock, or crypto to Daffy.

This may occur if the charity is unresponsive or if the charity is no longer in good standing with regulatory authorities.
