In Chicago, the rights and civil liberties of immigrants and people of color (regardless of immigration status) are being flagrantly and horribly violated by ICE on a daily basis. A number of organizations are working to support these communities in Chicago and need our help:

- The Illinois Coalition for Immigrant and Refugee Rights (ICIRR) is doing on the ground, rapid response work to support individuals having their rights violated.

- The National Immigrant Justice Center provides legal aid to detained low-income immigrants across the country.

- The ACLU of IL is bringing legal challenges to the unconstitutional actions of the federal government.

- The Greater Chicago Food Depository is working to provide food to individuals unable to work or leave their homes for fear of being harassed and kidnapped off the street.
