Description
Master Evans founded Quantum Martial Arts in San Francisco’s Mission District in 2007 and has dedicated herself ever since to teaching, mentoring, and running the dojo as a volunteer. A person of indomitable spirit, she has worked tirelessly to ensure that every child and adult can practice martial arts regardless of their financial circumstances. Her students come from all walks of life, and she instills discipline, courtesy, and confidence in every student—including children as young as four years old.
Running a nonprofit dojo has been especially challenging through COVID and the rising cost of rent in San Francisco. As a parent of a young student and an active donor, I have seen firsthand that this is a place with heart & soul. It is more than a dojo—it is a community that changes lives. Your support will help keep its doors open for years to come.
