URGENT Fundraiser
Salam everyone! Ojala Foundation has contracted to buy a church in Berwyn — this masjid will be primarily servicing the rapidly growing Latino Muslim community. There is no community center within the 13 mile stretch between downtown and the western suburbs. This group makes an impact with weekly food and winter gear distribution to the homeless, and providing educational programs to new Muslims
The full amount is due in early May and we need to raise $600,000 to close.
