Help Student Leaders at CPP Build Rose Float for the Tournament of Roses Parade

Join us in supporting the next generation of student leaders as they embark on an exciting journey to create a stunning Rose Float! This annual tradition not only showcases creativity and teamwork but also fosters a sense of community and pride among students. Your contributions will empower these aspiring leaders to bring their vision to life, transforming their ideas into a breathtaking display of artistry and innovation. Students from all disciplines, including, engineering, communications, business and more participate in the tremendous work required to build the float.

The Cal Poly Universities float is the only student design and student built entry in the world famous tournament of roses parade. For 76 years teams from Cal Poly Pomona and Cal Poly San Luis Obispo have worked together to create award-winning floats. On January 1, 2026 Cal Poly Universities “Jungle Jumpstart” rainforest float showed how nature and technology work together to create a better world received the Sweepstakes Award at the 137th. Rose parade held on New Year’s Day in Pasadena. The prestigious honor, a first in the schools nearly 8 decades in the parade, honor is the most beautiful float overall.

Every donation, no matter the size, helps provide the resources needed for materials, tools, and mentorship. Together, we can ensure that these talented individuals have the opportunity to shine and represent their hard work and dedication. Funds raised will support the students at Cal Poly Pomona Rose Float program and the Student Managed Investment Fund and Bronco Asset Management Team, winners of the 2025 CFA Orange County RFP competition.
