The American Equity Justice Group (AEJG) provides transparency into the American criminal legal system and leverages technology to promote a system that is equitable and just for all—regardless of race, age, gender, or socioeconomic standing.

Due to the lack of a comprehensive source of criminal case data in many states, voters, legislators, legal practitioners, impacted individuals, researchers, and the public often have a limited understanding of our justice system. This gap affects everything from sentencing data to correctional institutions and hinders data-driven analyses on critical issues like the school-to-prison pipeline, access to education, healthcare, and more.
