Help Empower Girls to Rewrite Their Futures

This year, I am raising funds for Kranti (Kranti-India.org), an extraordinary nonprofit that works with girls from India’s red-light districts and other marginalized communities.

Many of these young women have grown up facing poverty, violence, trafficking, and systemic discrimination. Kranti provides them with education, mentorship, healing, leadership development, and the confidence to become powerful advocates for themselves and their communities.

What inspires me most about Kranti is that it doesn’t simply provide support—it helps young women discover their own voices and leadership. Kranti’s students have gone on to attend universities, become professionals, speak on global stages, and create change in places where opportunity was once unimaginable.

My family and I have supported Kranti for several years, and we have had the privilege of meeting many of the young women whose lives have been transformed through the organization’s work. Their resilience, courage, and determination are truly inspiring.

On June 4, we are hosting a fundraising event in the Bay Area to support Kranti’s mission. Every contribution, large or small, helps provide education, housing, counseling, life skills training, and leadership opportunities for these remarkable young women.
