Description
Ewing sarcoma is a rare and aggressive cancer that primarily affects children and young adults. When the disease returns after treatment, patients can quickly run out of effective options. Merlin Biotech has developed MER-101, an intratumoral mRNA immunotherapy designed to activate multiple parts of the immune system against the tumor. The program has received both FDA Orphan Drug designation and Rare Pediatric Disease designation and is being advanced for patients with relapsed and treatment-resistant disease. Merlin is preparing MER-101 for clinical evaluation, where physicians will be able to assess safety, dosing, and early evidence of activity in patients. Help move Merlin move forward.
