In Cameroon, countless mothers face life-threatening challenges during childbirth due to a lack of resources and skilled healthcare providers. The mission of the Cameroon Arizona Partnership (CAP - www.cameroonarizonapartnership.org) is to eliminate preventable maternal mortality by training OB GYN doctors in Cameroon, for Cameroon. In partnership with American OB GYNS, we have created the first OB GYN training program outside the capital city of Yaoundé, and only the second training program in this country of 29 million. The four year training program will graduate its first class in 2025, so we've been at this for a bit. We are an established, effective NGO making good on our mission.
