Case evaluation & placement & administration -- evaluate cases of pro se appellants before the U.S. Court of Appeals for Veterans Claims and potential discharge upgrade cases for submission to respective discharge review and correction of records boards for merit and place cases with program-trained, volunteer attorneys.
