TCW PROVIDES CAREER READINESS TRAINING, ADVANCED TECHNICAL TRAINING, JOB PLACEMENT AND CAREER ADVISING TO HELP TULSANS ADVANCE THEIR CAREERS AND EARN MORE MONEY. RESULTS OF A NATIONAL 5-YEAR RANDOMIZED CONTROL TRIAL RESEARCH STUDY RELEASED IN 2016 PROVE THAT TCW PARTICIPANTS HAVE SIGNIFICANT INCREASED EARNINGS AND EMPLOYMENT WHEN COMPARED TO A CONTROL GROUP, AND ARE MORE LIKELY COMPLETE VOCATIONAL TRAINING, FIND EMPLOYMENT IN THE TARGETED SECTOR, AND SECURE A JOB THAT OFFERS BENEFITS AND OPPORTUNITIES FOR CAREER ADVANCEMENT.IN 2018, TCW SERVED 450 INDIVIDUALS WITH CAREER READINESS TRAINING, JOB PLACEMENT, ADVANCED TRAINING, AND CAREER ADVANCEMENT SERVICES, INCLUDING FINANCIAL COACHING.
