The primary objective of the league is to develop and promote in children (usually of ages five to twelve) through the medium of properly supervised and competitive baseball: 1) good sportsmanship, 2) understanding and respect for rules, coaches, and umpires, 3) courage in defeat, 4) tolerance and modesty in victory, and 5) a spirit of cooperation and team play. Multiple player clinics were held over the season to assist in skill development.Coaches training and certification was provided to ensure quality coaching.Players had the opportunity to represent the league as part of All Star teams at each age level (8,9,10,11,12).Players had the opportunity to participate in the leagues Divisional All Stars.Players with GPA of 3.5 to 4 were awarded the Gold Medal at our Academic All American celebration.Players with GPA 3.0 to 3.5 were awarded the Silver Medal at our Academic All American celebration.Provided equipment to players who did not have equipment to participate.Provided 30 scholarships to players that were unable to afford the leagues registration fees.
