TPAN's mission is " saving lives and empowering those affected by HIV/AIDS and related challenges. TPAN provides lifesaving health care and services for people living with and affected by HIV/AIDS and a range of related health challenges. Through its home on Chicago’s North Side, TPAN serves nearly 2,000 individuals per year, impacting a diverse community of clients across the life span – from homeless LGBTQ youth to older adults who are long-term survivors of HIV. TPAN also delivers a lifeline of education and health information through publication of the nationally circulated health and HIV treatment magazine Positively Aware, which reaches more than 100,000 readers across the country.
