A public procurement process was undertaken for construction management services, which led to Sciame Construction being selected by the PAC board. Project management and design costs of $14,109,867 were incurred in 2017 and capitalized as construction in progress. The board expanded to 20 members by end of the year to maintain fundraising momentum for 2018 and beyond.
