Alluma supports Arizona integrated eligibility and enrollment system that currently supports Medicaid, CHIP, LTC, SNAP, TANF and local health programs. The solution supports approximately 2 million Arizona residents ability to submit online applications for Medicaid and other programs via the Health-e-Arizona Plus (HEAPLUS) solution, implemented in 2013. HEAPLUS includes three routes through which applications can be submitted: consumer or assistor applications submitted online, worker entered applications that are taken from applications submitted on paper, over the phone or in person interviews or automated applications submitted by the federal government on behalf of the consumers. The system is compliant with the Affordable Care Act and, as such, is highly integrated with other support systems to reduce the burden on consumers submitting applications. HEAPLUS also supports more than 200 community partner organizations throughout the state.
