Our mission is to serve, support, and empower Marin’s LGBTQ community and everyone in the county living with and affected by HIV.

HIV client care services include Medical Case Management; Home-based care; Benefits Advocacy and non-medical case management; Mental health counseling and Psychiatric services; psychosocial support groups; AID Pharmaceutical, Health Insurance Premium and Copayment, and Utilities Assistance; Medical Transportation Assistance.During the year the programs provided the following services: Medical Case Management-1081 hours of support to 183 clients; Home Based Care-103 hours of home-based support to 12 clients; Benefits Advocacy and non-medical case management-1592 hours to 213 clients. Mental Health services included 48 hours of group counseling to 8 clients; 520 hours of individual therapy to 41 clients and 127 psychiatric sessions for 20 clients. 11 clients participated in psychosocial support groups. AIDS Pharmaceutical Assistance-308 prescriptions for 38 clients; Utility Assistance-341 utility bills for 70 clients; Health Insurance Premium and Copayment Assistance-174 premiums for 34 clients and 172 co-payment bills were paid for 51 clients. Medical Transportation provided 2024 one way bus rides to 46 clients.
