The ALS Association Massachusetts Chapter was founded on January 27, 1990. It's mission is to lead the fight to cure and treat ALS through global, cutting-edge research, and to empower people with Lou Gehrig’s Disease and their families to live fuller lives by providing them with compassionate care and support.

The ALS Association Arizona Chapter's mission is to lead the fight to cure and treat ALS through global, cutting-edge research, and to empower people with Lou Gehrig's Disease and their families to live fuller lives by providing them with compassionate care and support. The ALS Association Arizona Chapter is dedicated to improving the quality-of-life for persons with ALS. We provide movement to those who have lost the ability to walk; communication to those who have lost the ability to speak; support to those who have lost the ability to cope; and a voice and role in the fight against Lou Gehrig's Disease.
The ALS Association Evergreen Chapter is a dedicated group of volunteers and staff that are working daily to ease the burdens of patients and families who have ALS (also known as Lou Gehrig's Disease). This fatal illness has no known cause or cure. A person who has ALS will slowly loose the ability to move and even speak or swallow. The Evergreen Chapter provides services to people living with ALS and their family members, and raises money for research to find the cure are our top priorities. We serve Washington, Idaho, Montana and Alaska.
