The Dominic Berardino Memorial Fund honors Dominic's life and his decision to offer his organs to provide new life for others. In life, Dominic was fiercely loyal and unequivocally giving. While his life ended too early, he left those he touched with joy, love and a sense of innocence. In death, his decision to offer his life-giving organs will reshape the lives of others and ensure that his love is eternal. Any contribution to honor Dominic will be managed by Dominic's family and all proceeds will go to eligible charities that impacted Dominic's life.
