The mission of The Arc Otsego is to create opportunities and provide support to assist individuals with intellectual and other developmental disabilities to fulfill their personal dreams and ambitions. Incorporated in 1965, The Arc Otsego currently serves over 500 individuals and families across Otsego County, NY. We believe that it is what a person can do that matters; with opportunity, everyone can achieve success; and the community is stronger when every voice is valued, accepted and heard. The Arc Otsego is a chapter of The Arc New York and a member of The Arc of The United States.
