The Grove Center for Worship Arts expanded its outreach to artists through it's Cultivated Artist Experience nine month cohort program, now in it's third year. By coaching artists to achieve their professional goals through 2 4-day retreats, 2 1-day retreats and monthly video conference calls, we saw artists initiate and complete short films, a television series was placed in development, multiple visual art shows, photography exhibits, music albums recorded and completed books. Over twenty artists participated from California, Arkansas, Hawaii, and Arizona. The Grove continued to offer online resources and classes to artists from across the world. One-on-one mentoring was also a significant focus in our mission to cultivate the spiritual life and creative work of artists.
