Amp the Cause serves more than 50 non-profit organizations that provides services to children and families to combat disparities of youth in our community. The mission of Amp the Cause is to improve lives of children and families through entertainment, annual events, and community service projects.

In May, Amp the Cause hosts Community Day to benefit children and family-focused nonprofits in the Denver metro area. Amp the Cause assembled more than 800 volunteers to complete more than 4,500 of combined volunteer hours of work in one six-hour day. Teams of volunteers disperse to select nonprofits around the metro area to complete multiple facility improvement projects including painting, landscaping, cleaning, organizing and much more. Through this annual community service event, Amp the Cause provides financial freedom to the 50+ nonprofit beneficiaries whose budgets can be used for more critical needs such as staffing and programming. In 2019, Community Day benefited more than 657,000 children and their families whose lives are enriched by the services provided by the nonprofit beneficiaries. With help from volunteers, the total values of labor, supplies and monetary giving came to over $129,000 an amazing number for one single volunteer day.
