About

Strengthening rural families uses a collaborative approach to the health of individuals and families in rural communities. Strengthening rural families promotes the development of healthy families in rural Benton County and the region through education, advocacy, coalition building, and community connections. We collaborate, administer resources, support and provide programming for rural families and communities. Through our efforts we were able to serve 2101 individuals and 1343 families last year. We are community-centered in our approach in recognition of the unique needs and strengths of our different service areas. We do this through early education, parenting education, oral health and positive youth development programs and services.
