ELECTIVE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED WITH FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE OFFERED BASED UPON A STANDARD, AFTER AN OBJECTIVE APPLICATION WITH SUFFICIENT SUPPORTING DOCUMENTATION HAS BEEN EVALUATED. DISCOUNTS AND ALLOWANCES OFFERED UNDER THE MEDICAL CENTER'S FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE PROGRAM TOTALED $89,342 BASED ON CHARGES FOREGONE DURING THE FISCAL YEAR ENDED JUNE 30, 2018.
