MoMA PS1 is devoted to the production, presentation, interpretation, and dissemination of the work of innovative artists in all mediums, fostering creativity and uninhibited artistic exploration. Exhibitions MoMA PS1 presents the work of emerging artists, established artists working in new genres, and, overall presents to the public works of contemporary art that are engaging, challenging, and ground-breaking in a unique, accessible venue. During fiscal year 2019, MoMA PS1 presented 28 special exhibitions to over 109,000 attendees for an average paid admission of $7.80. Admission to MoMA PS1 is currently free for all NYC residents across the five boroughs, courtesy of the Anna-Maria and Stephen Kellen Foundation.
