Services such as nursing, home health aide, social work, spiritual and nutrition are offered to terminally ill patients requiring treatment and medical care. A total of 386 patients were provided at least one level of hospice care with 19,975 total hospice 'days' of service provided for the twelve months ending 6/30/19. Palliative care - specialized CRE funded by Medicare as well as various other insurances. Services are offered in the following disciplines: registered nurses, licensed practical nurses, physical therapists and physical therapy assistants, occupational therapy and certified occupational therapy assistants, speech therapy, medical social workers, home health aides, and nutritionists. The goal of such services is to provide patients diagnosed with an advanced illness an enhanced quality of life while undergoing their treatment plan of care. A total of 597 patients were provided services for the twelve months ending 6/30/19.
