Mission

Marin Villages is a nonprofit 501(c)(3) organization empowering older adults to remain active, connected and independent in the place they call home.

About

Our local villages provide a variety of programs allowing members to stay engaged, meet neighbors and participate in life-enriching events. In addition, we look at the needs of members and build a volunteer infrastructure to help meet these needs, including rides to doctor appointments, pet sitting, and household and computer help. Marin Villages seeks to address the service gap that many of our seniors face. We are a volunteer-driven membership organization which strives to help seniors age in place safely, confidently and independently. Our organization is a collaboration of local villages with a central office, which supports and enables growth of local villages. There are approximately 650 service requests each month.
