We operate a Health Resource Center for low income individuals who are seeking programs that will provide coverage for the health care services they need. To ensure that our clients are able to engage in care, our volunteer case managers perform follow-up with each client and help address any obstacles each client may encounter. These activities are overseen by a small core staff to ensure support of volunteers, high quality of services for clients, and consistent presence in the community. During the 2018 fiscal year, our clinic's Health Resource Center had 470 client interactions.
