About

Creating a sense of place. We brought people together to create a sense of shared ownership of our public spaces. We hosted the 21st annual Alberta Street Fair which drew over 25,000 people to the district. We promoted Alberta Street to our neighbors living a block away and to visitors from around the globe. We selected two local artists to design permanent cultural markers in the district to recognize African American leaders from the Alberta neighborhood.
