Mission

The mission of Out Side In is to serve people and save horses. We will improve the lives of people suffering from emotional and/or mental health issues by providing effective, alternative, outpatient treatment to those in need, regardless of their ability to pay. We will accomplish this goal by using horses as a tool to improve the outcome of traditional, evidence based psychotherapy practices. As a thoroughbred aftercare program, we will use retired thoroughbred race horses to not only improve the effectiveness of intervention but to also give these horses a second career and a second chance of life.

About

Out Side In currently has 12 rescued Thoroughbred horses that were used to provide over 5000 hours of Equine Assisted Psychotherapy in 2019.
