About

AAA started a new partnership with Petco. We have a cage free cat room at MetroCenter, provide events every weekend at two stores have a new Mobile Adoption Unit that we take to a Petco store store each weekend when the weather is below 100. We had approximately 1200 adoptions with 80 of them being felines. Our Maternity Ward continues to be our largest program. This program helps us save moms and babies neonatals and pregnant moms that are in danger of being euthanized. Our Maternity Ward does not just take in the pregnant orphaned that are healthy. Most of our Maternity Ward intake consists of animals that other rescues do not necessarily focus on like those with issues such as ringworm, cerebellar hypoplasia, uri, pyometria, broken limbs, twisty cats, parvo generally any special need blind, deaf, mutations to body. We hope to continue to increase adoptions and educate the public on the importance of spay neuter and pet guardianship.
