Work continued on initiatives launched in fiscal '18 intended to bring greater clarity to plans for PACE's community service and eventual building. Our "Vision and Design Team" explored PACE's opportunities to position our buildings as the first technology-enhanced performing arts center. Of particular value has been the application of the research conducted with area arts education leaders to determine how PACE can support them with resources, research, expertise, administrative assistance, access to training, and organizational backing. Creation of a full-time staff position, filled during FY '19, and long-term vision sprang from this work, starting PACE's journey toward the provision of meaningful community service.
