Mission

Parachute: Butler County CASA is a non profit agency whose mission is to recruit, train and support community volunteers to serve as CASAs (Court Appointed Special Advocates) who act as the voice in court for abused and neglected children (ages birth to 18 years old). CASA volunteers look out for the children's safety and best interests. We serve in partnership with other child protection organizations to be a part of providing at risk children safe, permanent and nurturing homes in a timely manner. A CASA volunteer's goals for each abused child are: • Safety • Voice in court • Healing from trauma • School success • Safe, permanent home
