Since 2013, Nch Has Received The Highest Level Of Recognition By The National Committee For Quality Assurance (Ncqa) As A Patient Centered Medical Home (Pcmh), Level 3. In 2014, In Response To The Affordable Care Act And Medicaid Expansion, Nch Transitioned To A Charitable Clinic To Be Able To Expand Access To Care To The Uninsured, Underinsured And Individuals With Medicaid And Medicaire. In 2018, A Total Of 7,654 Services Were Provided To 1,598 Unduplicated Patients.
