A Faith Based Charitable Clinic Providing Quality Medical Care And Healing To Those Most In Need, Regardless Of Ability To Pay. We Believe Health Care Is A Basic Human Right And The Inability To Pay Should Never Be A Barrier To Care For Anyone. North Coast Health (Nch) Opened Our Doors In 1986 To Help Uninsured Invidivuals Access Medical Care, Regardless Of Their Ability To Pay. Since 2013, Nch Has Received The Highest Level Of Recognition By The National Committee For Quality Assurance (Ncqa) As A Patient Centered Medical Home (Pcmh), Level 3. In 2014, In Response To The Affordable Care Act And Medicaid Expansion, Nch Transitioned To A Charitable Clinic To Be Able To Expand Access To Care To The Uninsured, Underinsured And Individuals With Medicaid And Medicaire. In 2018, A Total Of 7,654 Services Were Provided To 1,598 Unduplicated Patients.
