LEADERSHIP TRAINING AND COACHING - SYL offers both group leadership training and one-on-one coaching for the "art" of leadership (communication, strategic planning, governance, new business development, staff and program accountability, personnel management, team-building, work-life balance), 100% individualized to each client's needs. In accordance with our "For each one, reach one" mission, we provided dozens of pro-bono hours and discounted leadership training, coaching services, and support to those who couldn't otherwise afford it, including to (SEL) Colegio Sistema Educativo Latino Americano, a school providing academic, emotional and career skills to underprivileged youth in Antigua, Guatemala.
