To meet the healthcare needs of three Michigan counties (Tuscola, Huron, & Sanilac) through a broad range of general and specialized health care services in a hospital setting.

Provided nursing and professional services for acute impatients, emergency and outpatients during fiscal year 2018, this included over 977 inpatient days, 6,449 emergency room visits, over 50,000 physician visits, 45,323 outpatient visits for a total of over 95,000 registrations. During this year, over 64% of the services provided were to governmetal programs, which reimburse below actual cost. In addition, the hospital provided over 126,000 in charity care and was unable to collect 791,218 from uninsured and underinsured patients.
