Lake Superior Hospice conducts a community-based hospice program providing services to meet the emotional, spiritual and physical needs of our patients and their families as they are faced with life-limiting illness and are nearing the end of life. Our interdisciplinary team of physicians, nurses, care aides, social workers, bereavement and spiritual care staff, along with a cadre of well-trained volunteers, provide in-home services including pain and symptom management, emotional and spiritual care, personal care, respite services, and bereavement counseling.
