Ragamala creates interdisciplinary, intercultural dance landscapes at the nexus of ancestral wisdom and creative freedom. Rooted in the South Indian dance form of Bharatanatyam, Ragamala serves audiences, artists, and students -- at home in the Twin Cities, and on tour worldwide.

Program services include: performances locally and on tour: presented 18 performances in 14 cities across the U.S., reaching a total audience of 6,692. Taught ongoing classes at the Ragamala School, with locations in Minneapolis and Rochester, Minnesota 7 hours of group classes per week plus one-on-one classes for advanced students, for 45 weeks of the year, for a population of 79 students aged 6 - 40+.
