About

Zachariah's Acres served 6,100 guests on our 48 acre campus. Activities include: hay wagon rides, fishing, apple picking, sleigh rides, hikes on our newly paved 1 mile nature trail and more. A 4,000 square foot garden workshop was constructed onsite to store farm equipment and expand our fresh produce offerings to guests and the community. 78 young adults and teens with special needs participated in vocational and volunteer opportunities. Students learned to plan, plant, harvest, and package produce from 4,700 square feet of accessible raised gardens. An 800 square foot educational kitchen constructed onsite. The kitchen will expand program offerings to include nutritional classes, cooking demonstrations, and food preservation techniques.
