Participants include those assigned to complete the program as a condition of probation by either the Fayette County Common Please Court or the Washington CH Municipal Court. The Learning Center is also open to individuals assigned by the adult Parole Authority and by Fayette County Jobs and Family Services. The Learning Center will help participants build positive relationships to society by providing alternative community control sanctions; supporting participation in substance abuse programs, providing class room instruction for those pursuing a GED, offering community re-entry programs for prisoners released by the Ohio Department of Rehabilitation and Correction, and providing and provide employment training to residents of Fayette County who are unemplyed or who receive public assistance through the office of Fayette County Jobs and Family Services.
