Angel Concept works with various halfway houses, counseling organizations, parole officers, etc. to identify participants who are ready to participate in the Angel Concept training program. Over the course of three months, the women receive education and on-the-job training in various disciplines including: work attendance, dressing for the job, customer service, merchandising and inventory. As a part of the job training program each trainee learns the skills of good work habits, inventory, merchandising, customer service, effective communication, face to face communication, telephone contact, building relationships, how to handle difficult customers and prepare for their next job.
