Families First's mission is to nurture children, empower parents, and strengthen whole families to flourish together. We use evidence-based parenting/early childhood education programs to significantly improve school readiness, family engagement, and economic mobility for low-income families, serving a large Hispanic and immigrant population. We achieve this through a nationally recognized home-visiting parenting program; operating 3 five-star immersion preschools; providing addiction programs where families heal together; and weekly ESL and GED and tutoring classes. We put 'family first' and partner with young families facing struggles of community isolation and inequalities. Our goal is to create a community for families furthest from opportunities, so they prosper for generations.
