Maryland Strategic Prevention Framework (MSPF) - The MSPF coalition to reduce underage drinking continued to increase the number of bartenders and managers trained in responsible beverage service to more than 800 in fiscal year 2019. We also began providing over service compliance checks to reduce binge drinking.
