We provide physical fitness, social wellness, & personal health activities & programs. The wellness center is a great place to improve your physical fitness, learn new skills, expand your knowledge and stay active. We provide group and personal fitness, nutrition counseling, and a variety of other recreational and wellness activities. Our social wellness programs include arts & crafts, ballroom dancing and cooking classes.
