MAIN STAGE SEASONOur Main Stage season (May to October) offered 72 performances and attracted more than 30,000 theater-goers to the solar-powered, Bruns Memorial Amphitheater, described by the Wall Street Journal as, One of the most beautiful outdoor performance spaces in America. Our 2018 season included the world premiere of our first fully commissioned New Classic, Quixote Nuevo, by Octavio Solis, directed by KJ Sanchez; the regional premiere of Everybody, by Branden Jacobs-Jenkins, directed by Nataki Garett; The War of the Roses (Shakespeares Henry VI Parts I, II & III and Richard III adapted by Artistic Director Eric Ting and resident dramaturg Philippa Kelly), directed by Eric Ting; and a remount of black odyssey, by Marcus Gardley, directed by Eric Ting.
