IN DECEMBER 2014, THE CAROLYN BOONE LEWIS HEALTH CENTER SOLD ALL OF ITS ASSETS USED IN OPERATION OF THE NURSING HOME INCLUDING THE REAL ESTATE TO ANOTHER OPERATOR.
