Partnership Conservation Technical Assistance (soil technicians & program support specialists): RC&D has an active partnership with NRCS to provide technical support to the local soil conservation districts throughout the state of Maryland. During FY 19, RC&D employed eight (8) individuals that were based out of local soil conservation offices throughout the state, and managed by NRCS staff. The positions include 3 soil technicians, 3 program support specialists, 1 grazing specialist and 1 forester.
