Sister's Circle provided a variety of positive mentoring programs for young women including: half day cultural, educational, and recreational activities, assistance in selecting education programs to meet goals, enrichment activities to build leadership skills and enhance future success through team building, assistance in exploring career opportunities through professional role model mentors and internship connections, and college preparatory mentorship. Through these programs 100% of participants have attained high school graduation or completion of a GED. All 2018 graduates were able to matriculate to four-year universities with defined career paths.
