The mission of the Hereford Volunteer Ambulance Association is to provide the highest quality Basic and Advanced Life Support Emergency Medical Services to the citizens of Baltimore County, MD and the surrounding communities.

Hereford EMS is a volunteer, non-profit ambulance company in Northern Baltimore County, MD. We provide two Advanced Life Support ambulances to the citizens of Baltimore County. In 2016 we responded to well over 2,000 requests for service. Our volunteers are everyday people who have heard the call to help fellow community members. Our department is the last EMS-only company in Baltimore County. We focus on strong pre-hospital healthcare and building our members' patient interactions, assessment, and treatment abilities.
