About this organization
Mission
To stimulate interest in the early history of Woodstook, Virginia and the surrounding area, and in the manners and customs of the people who lived here and to collect, preserve, and display visible evidences of their way of life.

The museum buildings were open free to the public May through October, and all other times by appointment. Educational exhibits displayed artifacts from Woodstock, VA and the surrounding area. Volunteer docents offered tours to museum visitors.
