CHC expenses reflect full service property and asset management of agency-owned affordable town homes and condo units, rented to extremely and very low-income families at-risk of, or leaving homelessness. In FY 2019, 71 households were successfully housed, including a total of 229 individuals. Households with significant challenges are supported by Cornerstones' care managers, who work with each family to build their resiliency and maintain housing stability. The result is fewer families falling back into homelessness and more achieving financial growth and empowerment. Since 2014, CHC has, through its RIHC Partnership, managed The Apartments at North Point an attractive 48-unit development in Reston, Virginia - to assure that units remain affordable to households between 30-60% of the area median income. In FY 2019 The Apartments at North Point served 56 families, including 99 individuals. In 2018, CHC and Quantum Management Company received the PACE Property Management Association Judges Choice Award. This award recognizes properties and management recognized for excellence.
